It is one of main windows of Image Styles. Here you define script of your actions how will be created image, i.e. from what effects and parameters. You may drag and drop between them, remove, modify or even disable. The checkbox beside of each effect  is a flag of seamless. If checked then effect is seamless, if not then effect is standart. The more effects the less speed of image generation. Try to choose between quality and speed.
